| RIBBED SMOKED SHEETS(RSS)
Ribbed Smoked Sheets are processed from fresh field latex collected from well-managed rubber plantations by using
modern processing techniques. The various Ribbed smoked sheets (RSS) produced are RSSI, RSSIV and RSSV. The
higher grades of RSSI to RSSIII are mainly used in the medical and engineering industry. The lower grades such as
RSSIV and RSSV are used for the manufacture of Automobile tyres, retreading
materials and other general rubber
products.

ISNR 3CV:
High quality products with superior dynamic properties.
ISNR 3L::
Coloured products like injection bottle caps, syringe heads, transparent items.
ISNR 5:
Moulded and Extruded items like auto components, bridge bearings, rubber linings etc.
ISNR 10:
Inner tubes, conveyor belts, footwear, water proofing materials, hoses and tubes etc.
ISNR 20:
All types of Automobiles tyres, retreading materials, mats and other general rubber products.
CENTRIFUGED LATEX
Processing of natural rubber latex into quality latex concentrate of 60% dry rubber content
is done through centrifugation. Centrifuged latex is today available commercially in
two different varieties with high Ammonia(min 0.6% ammonia) and low Ammonia (max 0.3% ammonia).
The former is preserved soley with ammonia and latter contains one or more preservatives besides ammonia.
Grades and applications of centrifuged latex
High Ammonia(HA):
Foam products, dipped goods, Adhesives, Elastic thread, Household Industrial Gloves, Balloons, Rubber bands and Finger Caps.
Low ammonia(LATZ):
Preferred for all applications when deammonia is necessary for product manufacture.
Single & Double Centrifuged Latex and Radiation Vulcanised Natural Rubber Latex(RVNR Latex):
High technology dipped products such as Condoms, Examination Gloves, Surgical Gloves, Catheters etc.
